Meet Trinity Demask
I am a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor with seven years of bookkeeping
experience using both the online and desktop platforms for PC and Mac. I
became a
commissioned Notary Public in the State of Colorado in 2018 and received
my National Notary Association (NNA) Notary Signing Agent certification
in 2021. I'm also a
Notary2Pro graduate and am engaged in continuing education as a member
of
Notary Stars and the NNA.
These credentials are bolstered by my 18 years in administrative support. My experience in that field is diverse, but at the core of each role has been a focus on organization, detail, and efficiency. Whether as the right-hand to a busy executive or the sole administrative support for a team, I have excelled at organizing chaos, effectively prioritizing projects, stream-lining processes, and finding solutions to problems big and small.
Over my freelance career, I have applied my skills to a wide range of projects. Some highlights include writing marketing copy for National Geographic Maps; researching and writing sections of federal grants and test preparation course materials; digitizing decades of Wyoming's oil and gas production data; and co-founding a creative arts studio to serve Denver’s homeless population. In recent years, I have worked in property management and leasing.
Nurturing creativity and entrepreneurship are important to me on both a personal and professional level. I enjoy being of service to those who are working hard to pursue their passions.
My own creative endeavors include music and writing. I have been a performing singer-songwriter since 2001. For many years I hosted several open mics in the Denver area and was producer and host of the community variety show Stage C. I have recently returned to my love of writing and am currently at work on my first novel.
